19 – 20 – 25 – 26 – 27 SeptemberCasermArcheologica

From 19 to 27 September 2026, CasermArcheologica in Sansepolcro once again becomes a place to meet, experiment, listen and share

The new edition of the Festival of Sensitive Territories brings together the results of two years of workshops, residencies and creative projects, whilst also looking towards what is emerging now: new ideas, young artists, music, books, performances, exhibitions and independent creations

Five days to reconnect, reflect on what has been achieved and make space for what may yet unfold

THE PROGRAMME:

SATURDAY 19 SEPTEMBER

  • The festival opens at CasermArcheologica with an evening bringing together writing, art and the local area
  • At 6.30 pm, we will meet Wu Ming 2 for the public launch of *Mensaleri* (2025 – Einaudi/Stile Libero), an opportunity to talk about books, stories and the places we pass through
  • The evening will also be an opportunity to bid farewell to *Prospettica*, the group exhibition curated by Riccardo Antonelli, which has brought together works and perspectives from creative artists from the Valtiberina region
  • A double event to open the festival, focusing on words and images, on individual stories and those that emerge when a space becomes a meeting place

SUNDAY 20 SEPTEMBER

  • The second event of the Festival dei Territori Sensibili 2026 takes us into the words, traces and stories that emerge from travelling through a territory
  • From 10.00 to 13.00, at CasermArcheologica, we will present to the public the results of ‘Passigrafie’, the writing workshop led by Wu Ming 2
  • A journey comprising walks, observation and writing, aiming to recount places from different perspectives and transform what we encounter along the way into narrative material
  • An opportunity to listen to the stories created during the workshop and discover another way of traversing and recounting our territory

FRIDAY 25 SEPTEMBER

  • The performance returns to CasermArcheologica, with a public presentation of the performance-creation workshop led by Pablo Tapia Leyton
  • A journey born from the encounter between young participants, the body, space and artistic research, which has led to the creation of a performance designed to engage with the spaces of CasermArcheologica
  • At 6.00 pm, the public will be able to witness the outcome of this journey and discover the work created during the residency: a collective creation that interweaves presence, movement and space
  • Another instalment of ‘Territori Sensibili’ reaches its moment of presentation

SATURDAY 26 SEPTEMBER

  • A whole day dedicated to creativity, music and independent productions, at CasermArcheologica
  • From 2.00 pm to 11.00 pm, the FAFF collective – comprising young artists based at CasermArcheologica – will open the doors to their work with an exhibition and market featuring artworks, objects, experiments and creations born out of a desire to create, experiment and invent
  • Alongside them, throughout the day, there will be a vintage market curated by Emily Bianconi, the Loryverse exhibition and market – an artistic project in which art and storytelling become tools for expressing a profound inner world – and a special showcase of the works produced over the two years of the ‘Territori Sensibili’ project, in collaboration with Libri Fatti a Mano, the Malakos Museum and Tipografia Grifani Donati
  • And when evening falls, the volume turns up. At 9.00 pm, Metronotte, a young band from the Valtiberina, will take to the stage to round off the day with a live performance not to be missed
  • A day to browse, meet people, discover new creations and support those who are forging their own path in art and culture, right here

SUNDAY 27 SEPTEMBER

  • The final day of the Festival dei Territori Sensibili will be devoted to discovery, encounters and the many traces left by these two years of the project
  • From 10.00 to 18.00, CasermArcheologica will continue to come alive with the FAFF collective’s exhibition and market, featuring artworks, objects, experimental pieces and independent creations
  • Alongside their creations, the vintage market curated by Emily Bianconi returns, offering a day to be enjoyed at a leisurely pace, browsing through unique pieces and new creations, as well as the Loryverse exhibition and market – an artistic project in which art and storytelling become tools for expressing a profound inner world
  • Visitors will also be able to view the works produced during the workshops and activities organised over the two years of the ‘Territori Sensibili’ project, carried out in collaboration with our partners Libri Fatti a Mano, the Malakos Museum and Tipografia Grifani Donati: a chance to look back on the project through images, books, prints, experiences and materials
  • A Sunday to get together, look at what has been created and discover what continues to emerge
