A special day at the Germagnano Farm, surrounded by woods, the scent of truffles, animals and traditional country cuisine
 
10.30 am > Truffle hunting demonstration with Alessandro Poggini (Fatalbecco), Filippo from Tartufi Bianconi and their famous Lagotto dogs, Pecca and Urka. They will be joined by Viola (Luiano Wine) and her Hungarian Pointer (Fatalbecco) for a demonstration of searching for people in the woods
 
1.00 pm > Tasting lunch
 
Menu:

• Ricotta with Bianconi truffle honey
• Our own cheeses, compotes and bruschetta
• Scrambled eggs with Bianconi truffle paste and a seasonal side dish
• Homemade panna cotta made with our own milk
