From 12 August to 10 September, the shop windows in the town centre will be transformed into a space for shared memory
The exhibition *A Town, Its Stories* stems from an idea by Mauro Seri, who has selected and preserved over the years the photographs that make up this journey
Alongside him, the realisation of the exhibition has been entrusted to the care, passion and research of his daughter Caterina, who has given shape, order and depth to this precious material, transforming it into a visual narrative capable of speaking to everyone
This is not an exhibition to be visited: it is an exhibition to be encountered. It is there, in the shop windows, ready to be viewed by passers-by, by those who pause, by those who recognise a face, a place, a fragment of their own history. The photographs do not demand time, they demand attention: just a moment – the moment needed to feel that what we see also belongs to us
The panels bring together faces, events, places and everyday gestures. They are scenes of music, theatre, work, friendship, family, places and traditions. They are moments that have shaped the life of a town and which today are blossoming anew, not as nostalgia, but as recognition: the beauty of what unites us, the simplicity of what we have shared, the quiet strength of the people who have built this community
