Sunday 28 June, 4.00 pm – Museum of the Battle and Anghiari
 
On Monday 29 June, the Palio della Vittoria will take place in Anghiari, the annual commemoration of the Battle of Anghiari, fought between the Milanese and the Florentines on 29 June 1440
 
To get ourselves ready for the race, we will tour the museum accompanied by ladies and knights to recount the event that changed Tuscany
 
We look forward to seeing you on Sunday – who knows, perhaps one of the knights who fought in the Battle will have a story or two to tell us!
