A Sunday spent enjoying fine wine, farm produce and stories of the local area
 
The day’s guests will be Enrico and Daniele from Chicchi Neri – Ombraluce, who have chosen to restore ancient vineyards in the Valtiberina and transform them into a unique wine-making project deeply rooted in these hills
 
Before lunch:

• Enrico and Daniele will introduce us to Chicchi Neri, telling us about their journey, the old vineyards they have restored, and the wine we are about to taste

 
Tasting:

• A platter of the farm’s specialities
• Our artisan cheeses
• Local cured meats
• Country-style bruschetta
• Compotes and special pairings
• Other little treats we’ll reveal as we go along...
• A glass of Chicchi Neri

 
A fresh, convivial and surprising red wine, perfect served either chilled or at room temperature

• A visit to the farm
• Goats, donkeys and grazing animals
• Idyllic gin and tonics under the trees
