JULY 2026:

• Friday 10 July, 8.00 pm – Fresciano, “La Pineta” Club > If You’d Like to Sing the Octave Rhyme with Me – Traditional songs, dances and instruments to accompany the aperitif-dinner
• Sunday 12 July, 1.00 pm – Cocchiola > Social Lunch for the Fratres Blood Donors of Badia Tedalda and Sestino – Lunch open to all. Free for blood donors, former donors, supporting members and founding members. A charge applies for other participants. Booking essential
• Saturday 18 July, from 6.00 pm – Badia Tedalda, climb to the Castle > La Salita Divina – A historical and cultural event showcasing the local food and wine specialities and the historical and artistic treasures of the town
• Sunday 26 July – Piazza dei Tedaldi > ‘Alle Falde dell’Alpe’ Bike Rally, 2nd Edition – A non-competitive MTB/e-bike rally along the trails and roads of the Alpe della Luna

 
 

AUGUST 2026:

• Friday 7 August, from 7.00 pm – Ponte Presale (Sestino) > Sangria Festival – Food stalls open and live music
• Sunday 9 August, from 4.00 pm – Fresciano > 52nd Ranocchiata – Games for young and old and, from 6.00 pm, food stalls open and the traditional ‘Ballone della Ranocchiata’ with a band
• Monday 10 August, 7.30 pm – Stiavola > “Stiavola sotto le stelle” dinner – Dinner under the stars in Stiavola, organised by “Il Sottobosco” catering. Booking essential by 08.08.2026
• Tuesday 11 August, from 6.00 pm – Piazza dei Tedaldi > Badia Urban Trail 2nd Edition – Competitive night-time trail run through the streets of Badia Tedalda and the surrounding trails
• Tuesday 11 August, from 10.30 pm – Fresciano > Rana Pop – DJ set and music all night long
• Tuesday 18 August, 7.30 pm – Fresciano, “La Pineta” Club > Tramonti Blues – Aperitif with live jazz music
• Thursday 20 August, 9.00 pm – Alta Valmarecchia Toscana Municipal Museum > “The Harms of Tobacco” as part of the “Terre in Festival” series of events - Further information at laboratoripermanenti.com
• Friday 21 August, from 4.00 pm – Palazzi (Sestino) > 19th Festa della Marrone – The hottest party of the summer, started by a group of friends who love having fun and ‘marrone’ beer. With music, entertainment and food

• Sunday 6 September – Alpe della Luna > Walk to Alpe della Luna from all four sides – Organised hike to the peaks of Alpe della Luna
• Sunday 6 September – Santa Sofia Marecchia > Mountain Bike Meet-up – Non-competitive mountain bike meet-up
• Sunday 20 September – Monteviale > Monteviale White Potato, Harvest Festival – Harvest festival, lunch by booking, free tasting and sale of the produce
• Saturday 26 September, 4.00 pm – Alta Valmarecchia Toscana Municipal Museum – Prize-giving ceremony for the winners of the literary competition “Tu chiamale…se vuoi…emozioni” – For further information, visit biblioteca@comunebadia.it
