Saturday 13 June, 9.30 am – Lake Montedoglio Sailing Club
A day of sport, inclusion and fun
On Saturday 13 June 2026, starting at 9.30 am, Lake Montedoglio will host another Boat Therapy day, organised by the Leo Club Sansepolcro Valtiberina Toscana and the Lions Club Sansepolcro, in collaboration with the Montedoglio Rowing and Sailing Club
The initiative is aimed at children and young people with disabilities and autism, who will have the chance to spend a day in the open air, together with their families, taking part in various activities related to the world of sailing. Accompanied by instructors and volunteers, the young people will be able to board sailing boats, experience Dragon Boating and take part in other water-based activities organised on the lake
The event aims to offer participants a chance to have fun, socialise and discover new things, allowing them to explore the world of sailing in a safe, peaceful and welcoming environment. Boat Therapy also represents an important opportunity for families, volunteers and local organisations to come together, united by the goal of making sport and recreational activities increasingly accessible and inclusive
